Record Components:
context - arbitrary key-value context forwarded to the provider
sessionId - the client tab's ephemeral session id — the claim identity for client-tool execution (see ChatStreamRegistry pending calls). Not a security boundary (ownerUser is); it distinguishes one user's sessions from each other.
timeZone - the browser's time zone, an IANA name such as Europe/Paris; null when the client sent none
