public record Recap(String summary, List<Recap.Ref> records, Recap.Provenance provenance) extends Record
What a conversation did and settled: one written summary, plus the records it may link.

The summary is written from the recorded tool calls and may not exceed them, so every record it names is one the ledger recorded and every link it carries resolves.

Stored structured rather than pre-rendered: the transcript renders markdown, the activity stream renders HTML.
