Incrementally builds structured session notes during a conversation. Instead of waiting until compaction to summarize, this plugin updates a structured summary every few turns so that a high-quality summary is always available when needed.

Notes are stored on the AiChat entity and consumed by ContextWindowPlugin as a pre-built summary during compaction, avoiding the need for a rushed one-shot summarization.
