public class RestrictionImportService

Policies from YAML, one file each, keyed by name.

A file holds a description, active, whether it is global, the agents, models and providers it applies to by code, and its restrictions, each naming an object and either the fields it hides or, hiding the whole object, a condition with its conditionParams. Policies seed after the agents and providers they name.

Overwriting replaces the policy's content with the file's, keeping the record. A file naming anything that is none, or a key that is none, is refused whole: dropping an entry could leave the AI allowed what it was meant to be kept from.
