Mistral's GET /v1/models.

Reports a capabilities object, a max_context_length, and — uniquely — a deprecation date. Models the vendor has already retired are dropped rather than synced into a customer's catalogue.

Dated ids appear alongside the -latest aliases the platform ships. Both are returned; suppressing the dated duplicates is the rule set's job, not the adapter's.
