Ollama's GET /api/tags.

The inverse of the hosted providers: the list is whatever an administrator has pulled onto the machine, so it is short and every entry is deliberate — which is why Ollama's shipped rules carry no keep limit.

Needs no api key, and its base url is normally http://localhost:11434. That is exactly the address HttpToolExecutor blocks for LLM-driven calls, and exactly why sync does not reuse that validation.

The tag is part of the id: qwen3.5:0.8b is what Ollama is asked for, so it is kept whole. The endpoint describes files — size, quantisation, parameter count — not capabilities, so everything a model can do comes from the family's defaults.
