The digest of how a model's forms work — ways in, states, fields, buttons with their client expressions, hooks, every chain written out with the questions it can ask, workflows — and, given a skill, how its procedures stand against the forms as they are now.

For writing procedures and for checking them after an upgrade: it lays out the application's inner workings, so only an AI administrator may run it, whatever agent it is linked to.
