revision - content hash of the query definition
public record DatasetSource(String name, String title, String revision) extends Record
Where a dataset came from.

revision identifies the query definition and is a hash of the query XML. It is deliberately not MetaQuery's optimistic-lock counter, which carries no content meaning and moves when an unrelated field is edited — a snapshot pinned to that counter could not tell whether the definition had actually changed.
