What <call> and <subflow> share: everything but where the child graph comes from. At most one selector says what the child runs on:
  • none: once, on this record; the caller may park on it
  • record: once, on the record the expression resolves to; the caller may park on it
  • each: once per element of the collection the expression resolves to
  • filter: once per record matching the JPQL predicate

maxSize caps an iteration; batchSize pages a filter. The selected record is self inside; next continues once the call, or every element, has completed.
