supersededRevision is null whenever this deploy displaced nothing, which is two cases: a first-ever deploy, and one whose XML was unchanged — the save mints only on a real change, so the number the row had is still the current one and nothing was left behind on it.

      Scoped to that one revision rather than the whole definition: the aggregate count would re-open the mover after every future deploy over some unrelated backlog several revisions back. A deploy that superseded nothing left nobody behind, whatever is parked on the revision that is still current.
