public class StudioFileService
extends Object

Service for processing and resolving files (data files, reports) attached to Studio resources.

Handles resolution of data files (CSV, XML) attached to Studio apps and determines the target model for import configuration. It also handles BIRT report files (.rptdesign) attached to Studio apps.

findDataFiles

Finds data files attached to the given app resource.

Looks for a DMS folder named "data" attached to the app and returns information about all CSV/XML files found within it.

Parameters:

app - the app resource to check for data files

Returns:

list of data file information

findReportFiles

public List<StudioFileService.ReportFileInfo> findReportFiles(StudioResource app)

Finds report files attached to the given app resource.

Looks for a DMS folder named "reports" attached to the app and returns information about all report files found within it.

Parameters:

app - the app resource to check for report files

Returns:

list of report file information
