Converts a module-defined workflow's engine <workflow> XML into Studio resource content JSON — the inverse of the deploy path. StudioJsonWorkflow extends Workflow with no extra fields, so the parsed engine workflow recasts directly. The Studio copy is stamped priority=100 so it supersedes the module original at runtime (and clears the save-time priority conflict), matching the Studio-view precedent, and it is given a freshly minted id so the superseding copy has its own required, unique, stable identity — distinct from the module original's — that runs/tasks/state can bind to.
