    Compilation
    The result of compiling a definition: a plan and no violations, or the complete list of structural violations and no plan.
    Violation
    One validation finding: a stable code (<element>-<attr>-<problem>), the translated message, and the nodeId it is about, or null for a workflow-level rule.

    Which workflows exist and what each references: what WorkflowLinker resolves against.
