public record WorkflowRecordChanged(String tenantId, String model, Long recordId, WorkflowRecordChanged.Kind kind) extends Record
Fired after a transaction that changed a record's pending approvals, or resumed one of its runs off the request that saved it, commits. Carries the record, its tenant (null without tenancy) and which of the two happened; consumers re-query through their own access-checked path. Queued through WorkflowRecordEvents.
