Record Components:

revision - the source revision this position sits on; null for the unpinned group

splitNode - the split, for a branch position; null otherwise. With revision and nodeId it names the position, which the server matches against a fresh inventory

target - the node to move onto, or END to finish the run as a success cut short; null for CANCEL

runIds - the runs (or branch rows) this row reaches; empty means every run at the position

excludeIds - when runIds is empty, the runs to leave out
