revision - the revision these runs pinned, or null for runs pinned to none, which resolve the live definition
splitNode - the split this branch came from, null unless ParkedPosition.Scope.BRANCH
joinNode - the join the branch is walking towards, null unless ParkedPosition.Scope.BRANCH
callerNode - the parent's node that spawned this child run: a <call> for a call's child, a boundary for an escape branch. Null at top level
tokenIds - the branch rows behind a ParkedPosition.Scope.BRANCH position; empty otherwise
