Contracts and batches
Access: Contracts → Customer contracts
Allows you to generate quotes via the CRM module (Opportunities). Contracts make data entry easier. For example, certain equipment will be linked to certain contracts. As a result, when this contract is selected, all equipment will automatically be selected in the intervention in question.
Contracts can be associated with Equipment, Customer Requests, and Interventions. This feature has several advantages:

Quickly identify whether a piece of equipment is covered by a contract (thanks to a tag visible on the equipment sheet).

Track GIT/GRT (guaranteed intervention time and guaranteed recovery time). For example, you can establish a 3-hour on-time guarantee and a 3-day recovery time guarantee.

Automatically add equipment related to the selected contract to the intervention.
A new Interventions tab is also available in contracts. It allows you to:

Configure GTI/GTR.

View the history of interventions associated with the contract.

Manage the scheduling of recurring interventions.
On-call management: activating this option will allow you to configure the GTI/GTR. Select which schedule the GTI/GTR will be applied to.
Batch response generation
Access: Application config → Batches → Intervention batches → “Generate intervention for active contracts” action
A new menu called “Intervention batches” has been added to the mass processing menu.
This menu includes the “Generate interventions for active contracts” batch.
The purpose of this process is to automatically create all interventions associated with contracts for which the next visit is scheduled within the specified period (expressed in months).
When interventions are generated, the dates indicated on the contract are automatically updated according to the defined frequency, thus ensuring compliant and up-to-date monitoring of contractual deadlines.
