Survey generation
The survey is created with the status Planned and becomes accessible once it reaches the status Started. It updates automatically as soon as the equipment linked to the intervention is modified. To close the intervention, all mandatory questions must be answered.
Color codes are assigned: some questions are in red, others are in purple.
Questions in red are mandatory questions.
Questions in gray are private questions.
Questions in purple are conditional questions.
Questions in green are questions that you have answered.
The survey can be completed on the web, but it is more user-friendly to do so on the mobile app.
Summary
Questions of the Summary type, as well as those of the List of values type, when an answer is marked as Follow-up or Non-compliance, are automatically included in the Reports tab of the intervention.
