Introduction into Intervention module

The intervention module was designed to manage different types of intervention that have taken place using the client's existing assets (Assets management menu). Once the assets management has been defined—whether it consists of physical or virtual items—the user can create and schedule intervention. These can include regular maintenance operations as well as one-off or exceptional interventions.

Each intervention can be associated with a fully customizable survey. The purpose of these surveys is twofold: to generate a complete intervention report and to identify any additional actions that may need to be taken.

Finally, the module has been deliberately designed to be generic: it is not limited to a specific sector of activity. Its features are adaptable and can be tailored to the specific needs of each organization.
