Blockings

Enable the Block Delivery option​

Starting with version 8.4, the Blockages tab with two blocking options has been added. It is now present by default, and there is no prior configuration to be done.

Blockages tab: a new tab has been added to the command line. From this tab, you can activate the following options:

  • Block delivery: block one or more lines for delivery.

  • Block production: block the generation of the production order when the order is finalized.

Access: Sales → Sale quotations

  1. Create a sale quotation.

  2. In the Content tab, in the Order Lines table, add products.

  3. Click on the product to open the Sales Order Line window.

  4. Blocking: in the Sales Order Line window, open the Blocking tab and enable the “Block delivery” option.

  5. Generate the delivery note: when you block delivery, either automatically or using a button, you will be able to generate a delivery note.

When the “Block delivery” option is enabled, a warning message appears indicating that one or more lines are blocked for delivery.

The “Block delivery” and “Block production” options can be enabled simultaneously.
