Custom filters
Introduction
A new feature has been introduced. It allows users to apply filters saved in the ERP directly from the mobile app. It takes the form of an action (the triangle icon in the top right corner) available in the list view, allowing you to select and apply an AOP filter.
This tool provides two types of filters:

Preconfigured filters, accessible to all users and present by default.

Custom filters, specific to the logged-in user, whether they were created by the user themselves or shared with them by another user.
Creating a filter in AOS
A filter that has been created in AOS can be used directly from the mobile app.
For example:

Access: CRM → Customer follow-up → Customers

In the Customers list view, click on the triangle-shaped button to open the advanced search.

Custom filter: you can create a custom filter.

In the empty field at the bottom of the advanced search, enter the subject for which you want to create the filter (for example, “Category / in / competitor”).

Save filter as: give the filter a title.

Save: once you have filled in all this information, save it by clicking on the “Save” button.

The custom filter you have just created will appear on the mobile app under “My filters.”
You can either apply the AOS filters or the “My filters” filters. These two filters cannot be applied simultaneously.
