Inbox Module
Introduction
The Inbox module is now available on the mobile app since version 8.4,
The Inbox module corresponds to the AOS inbox. Displaying follow-up messages is now available.

User profile: a new messaging icon has been added to the user profile.

Follow-up message: follow-up messages (the bell icon) have also been redesigned to allow documents to be added.
This is the same inbox that you can find on AOS.
Inbox
Activate inbox access: for the inbox to appear in the mobile app, it must be enabled in the AOS settings.
Access: Application config → Apps management → Axelor Mobile settings, configure → in the general settings, enable the “Activate inbox access” option.

Open the inbox by clicking on the icon.

A list of messages will be displayed.

Clicking on the three dots on the side allows you to display the following actions:

Mark as read;

Mark as important;
-
Mark as archived.
- Reply: below each message, you can click on the Reply button to write your reply.
- Attach a document: in the reply box, click on the paperclip icon if you want to attach a document. If you do so, a DMS (document management system) window will open. Select a file from the list and then click on Validate.
- Display existing replies: in the inbox, under the user image, you will find the messaging icon. These are the existing replies. Simply click on the icon to display the replies.
Star icon: in the upper right corner, you will find the star icon. Clicking on this icon allows you to access important messages.
Box icon: in the upper right corner, you will find the box icon. Clicking on this icon allows you to access archived messages.
Follow-up message
Enable tracker messages: for follow-up messages (comments & changes), the configuration remains unchanged. Enabling this option displays the bell icon on objects.
Access: Application config → Apps management → Axelor Mobile settings, configure → in the general configuration, activate the Enable tracker messages option.
Open notification tracking. Here, at the bottom of the page, you will find the paperclip icon. It is now possible to add files to notification tracking.
As for the rest of the features, tracking messages work as in previous versions.
