Maintenance module

It is now possible to view maintenance requests online.

It is also possible to create a new request.

Access: Maintenance → Maintenance Requests / Create a Request

  1. Open the requests. The list of requests will open.

  2. Apply filters to find the request (equipment number / machines / type of action, active or preventive / request status / user).

By default, the filter by logged-in user is enabled.

  1. +: if you want to create a new request from the list, you can do so by clicking on the + icon. If you create a new request, you will need to:

  • Select the maintenance equipment.

  • Enter the due date.

  • Select the type of action.

Non-compliance​

Access non-compliances from Manufacturing Operations that have a machine via quick actions (the side button).
