Manufacturing
Introduction
The following actions are available in the Manufacturing module:

View manufacturing orders;

Enter the time that has been spent;

Prepare manufacturing orders;
-
Access the manufacturing files;
-
View daily schedule;
-
Manage rejects.
Manufacturing order
Access: Manufacturing → Manufacturing order
Open the “Manufacturing order” menu.

Search bar: here, you can search for a manufacturing order using the reference.

Select a manufacturing order.

On the existing manufacturing order form, you can view essential information:

Sales order reference;
-
Related manufacturing orders;
-
Consumed/finished products;
-
Status: on a manufacturing order, you can also view its status (planned/in progress/on hold/completed).

Start: click on the “Start” button to launch the manufacturing order.
When you open a manufacturing order, you can perform several actions on the added products:

View manufacturing sub-orders: click on the branch icon to view the manufacturing sub-orders.

View availability by location: click on the icon to view availability by location.
-
+: next to the product contained in a manufacturing order, click on + to increase the quantity consumed.
Manufacturing operation
Manufacturing operations can be viewed in the corresponding menu. Manufacturing operations can also be viewed in a calendar view.
In the “Manufacturing operation” menu, you can search in the dedicated bars:

Filter by manufacturing order reference;

Filter by charge item;
-
Filter by machines.
When you open a manufacturing operation file, you will find the following information and actions:

Access the manufacturing file: click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner to access it.

Current status: you will also find the current status of the manufacturing order here. For example, “In progress.”

Actual and estimated dates.
-
Planned duration / Load position / Machines.

In the section dedicated to time, enter the time lines.
