Copy the selected accounts in the other companies

Access: Accounting → Configuration → Financial → Financial Accounts → click on the gear icon and then click on Copy the selected accounts in the other companies

Copy the selected accounts in the other companies: in the Accounts menu, you will find a new option, “Copy the selected accounts in the other companies”.

This button is accessible from either the List view or the Form view. The button is located at the top of the page (click on the gear icon).

For example: you have already configured the accounting settings for your company. You then add a second company. In this case, you want to use the same accounting configuration for the second company. Instead of doing this manually, you can select the accounts you want and click on the “Copy the selected accounts in the other companies” button.

  1. Click on the “Copy the selected accounts in the other companies” button.

  2. The “Copy the selected accounts in the other companies” pop-up window will open.

  3. Select the company: select the company in the “Copy the selected accounts in the other companies” window.

  4. Copy the selected accounts in the other companies: once the company has been selected, click on the “”Copy the selected accounts in the other companies” button.

  5. As a result, the same financial account will be recreated.
