Backup

Options relating to data backup and application configuration can be accessed from the following menus:

Access: Application Config → Technical Maintenance → Backup

Create a backup

Access: Application Config → Technical Maintenance → Backup → Create a backup

  1. Create a new backup by clicking +.

  2. Enter the necessary information and enable the options (Check for errors before / Relative dates / Update import ID, etc.).

  3. Create: click the “Create” button to create a backup.

  4. Wait and then refresh the page to display the new backup.

  5. Backup created: the status on the page will change to “Backup created.” Retrieve the zip file containing all the tables in csv backup files.

  6. Pseudonymizer: it is possible to anonymize the exported data using Pseudonymizers.

Pseudonymization configurations specific to each module are provided by default. The user can adapt them or define new ones in the following menu : Application Config → Technical Maintenance → Pseudonymization.

  1. Templates: when exporting only the structure of data tables, for example as part of a data transfer, it is possible to generate templates. These allow you to limit the number of records exported per table and provide a functional description of the fields for each column.

Restore a backup

Access: Application Config → Technical Maintenance → Backup → Restore a backup

Restore: the settings for restoring a backup can be accessed via the Restore a backup menu.
