Yousign
Create a signature account
Access: Electronic signature → Configurations → Signature accounts

Create a new signature account and fill in the required information.

Type: select Yousign.

Name: give it a name.

Base URL: enter the base URL.

API key: enter the API key you retrieved from the SIREN API website.
Access: Electronic signature → Configuration → Signature accounts → Signature request statuses.
In the signature request statuses, create and modify different statuses. For example, you can have 9 different statuses, ranging from Draft to Approved/Rejected.
Signature request settings
Access: Electronic signature → Configuration → Signature accounts → Signature request settings

Signature account: in the “Other” box on your right, enter the signature account that you configured beforehand.

Name: give it a name.

Meta-model: write a meta-model. For example, EmploymentContract.

Name template: write a name template. For example, employment contract signature request $employee.name$

Email subject template: select the email subject template.

Document settings: here you can add and configure a new document. In the pop-up window, configure the signature request document.

Name template: enter the name template.

Document type: enter the document type, for example, the signable document.
- Signers settings: the “Signers settings” pop-up window will open. Configure the fields.

Name: enter a name.

Signer partner getter script: enter the signer partner retrieval script.

Sequence: enter the sequence.
Signing a contract with Yousign
Access: HR → Employees management → Employment contracts
In the example, the contract has two signatories, the employee and the employer.

Open the relevant employment contract file.

Create a signature request: click on the button at the top.

Signature request: the new “Signature request” window will open. Here, add the necessary documents.

Documents: add a document. For example, a contract.

Signers: select signers.

Send signature request: click on the button to send the request.

Activate signature request: click on the button to activate the signature request.

In progress: the status will change to “In progress.”
Next, open the Yousign application.

Access document: you will receive an email from Yousign. Click on the “Access document” button to access the document.

In the application, you will see that a document has been sent.

Start: click on the Start button.

Checkbox anchor test: check the box.

Radio button anchor test select a radio button. For example, “my second radio button.”

Text anchor text: write some text here.

Click on the button at the bottom right to move to another page.

Swipe or hold Enter to sign: swipe the button or press Enter to confirm the signature.

It’s signed - Download the document: once the document has been processed, you can download it by clicking on the “Download the document” button.

Return to AOS, on the “Signature request” page.

Synchronize signature request: click on the “Synchronize signature request” button.

Signed: in the Signatories table, the signatory status will change from Initiated to Signed and Notified. In order for the second signatory to change to “Signed” status, they will need to sign via Yousign.

Access document: you will receive an email from Yousign. Click on the “Access document” button.

Start: click on the Start button.

Click on the button at the bottom right to go to another page.

Swipe or hold Enter to sign: swipe the button or press Enter to confirm the signature.

Signature request: return to the Signature request page and refresh the page. You will see that the second signer has changed to “Signed” status.

Documents: click on the contract in the Documents table.
- Signed metafile: In the Documents window, you will find a signed metafile with a link. Click on the link. The signed document PDF will be displayed.
