You can manage your email notification preferences from your Profile page. The options on the Email preferences tab let you customize which email notifications you receive from Axelor Connect. You can opt-in to emails with information about specific topics and decide which scenario-related notifications you receive from each organization you are a member of.
The Global notifications section includes options for communication about Axelor Connect overall. For example, you can choose to receive emails about updates to Axelor Connect, special offers and promotions, or announcements about Axelor Connect Academy.
Axelor Connect can automatically send notification emails when your scenario encounters a warning, an error, or a deactivation due to errors. By default, you receive emails in the following cases:

An error prevents your scenario from successfully running.

Axelor Connect automatically disables your scenario due to errors.
You can customize your email notifications for each organization you belong to.

Deactivation - these notifications inform you whenever Axelor Connect disables a scenario because of errors.

Warning - these notifications inform you of issues in a scenario that require your attention. For example, issues with an app's connections.

Errors - these notifications inform you of issues that prevent a scenario from successfully completing.
Note Axelor Connect sends an email immediately when there is an error. Then, Axelor Connect watches for further errors and sends you a digest email after 5 minutes. This second email links to the scenario history where you can find more details.
