Create a prospect
Access : CRM → Prospect → My prospects → Click + to create a new prospect file

Open the prospect file. Enter general information. Add contacts.

In the information tab, enter the address. Depending on the type of address, you can assign a type to an address by clicking on one of the icons in the ‘Addresses’ field.

Invoice icon: define the address as an invoice address;

The trolley icon: define the address as a delivery address;

The star icon: set this address as the default address.

Add a new address line in the ‘Address’ section by clicking click on the + button. In the field itself, on the right next to the icons which allow you to define the nature of the address, click another + to open the address configuration window. Fill in the details.

Assigned to: this information is retrieved directly from the prospect. It lets you know which member of staff is the owner/referrer of this account, or which team is responsible for this account.

If you are working in multi-company mode, assign a company in the ‘Company’ field to this client in order to be able to share the referential. When working with multiple companies, the system automatically fills the field with the active company of an active user.
It is also possible to add other companies to the group in order to share a referential between several companies. It avoids creating several files for the same prospect/customer.
On the other hand, if you want to keep a separate referential, you need to work with a single company and attach the prospect/customer to just one company. If you are working in single-company mode, the ‘Company’ field will be filled in automatically with the active company.
- The Activity tab: this tab contains all the actions related to the prospect file. You can view ‘Recent activity’ and ‘Past activity’.
If you want to be able to manage marketing campaigns on the prospect file, you need to install the Marketing app.
- Tools - Generate a project: at the top of the page, click on ‘Tools’ button and then click on ‘Generate a project’. This action is used to generate a project which will be attached to the prospect. When a prospect is converted into a customer, the project will be automatically attached to the customer file.
Manage duplicate prospects.
Access : CRM → Prospect → My prospects / All prospects
At the top of the page, click on ‘Check duplicate’ and ‘Merge duplicated’.
