Access: Assets management → Equipments

Create an equipment that will be a part of a customer's assets.

A piece of equipment corresponds to one or more products.

In the dedicated menu, enter the necessary information for a piece of equipment.
Equipment is classified by equipment family.
Access: Assets management → Equipments tree
Equipment trees are used for Interventions.
When configuring an equipment, you can add equipment lines containing an item in the dedicated tab. The equipment lines that have been created will be visible from the Equipment lines menu (Access: Assets management → Equipment lines).

Access: Assets management → Equipment lines
To add an equipment line:

Equipment lines tab: open the Equipment lines tab.

+: in the Equipment Lines table, click on +.

A new “Equipment Lines” window will open.

Add the item / batch quantity / tracking number.

Comment: add a comment, if necessary.
Park models
Access: Assets management → Park models (i.e fleet templates)
The fleet template system was created to facilitate the use of equipment.
Templates are useful when you have a model that is systematically installed at customer sites.

Enter the name. For example, “Computer Pack.”

Equipment models: add an equipment template in the dedicated table.

Number of elements: In the “Equipment models” table, you can also view the number of items (e.g., 2 Monitors).
In the second “Equipment Model” table, you can update the number of items in the inventory. In addition, you can also generate an inventory for a given customer. Once you have finished with the configurations, proceed to the Intervention step.
