CRM

Introduction

The CRM module in the mobile app offers several actions and possibilities:

  • View leads/prospects/customers/contacts records;

  • View opportunities;

  • View customer catalogs;

  • Quickly retrieve contact information;

  • Schedule events.

Leads/Prospects

Access: CRM → Leads

In the Leads menu, you can view existing leads, as well as their score, contact information, etc.

All/Assigned to me: display all leads or only those assigned to the user.

Search bar: when you are on a list containing leads, you can search for a lead in the search bar using the following information: name/company name/phone number (landline and mobile)/email/address.

Click on a lead to open it. On the lead's file:

  1. Access the phone's applications to launch the map/make a call/send an email.

  2. It is also possible to copy the content/modify it/or add information.

  3. Edit lead information: the pencil icon is located at the bottom right. Click on the pencil icon at the bottom right to edit the lead information.

Access: CRM → Leads

Leads: open the Leads menu. Here you will find a list of all leads. In the search bar, find a prospect by name, sequence, phone number (landline and mobile), email, and address.

Opportunities

Access: CRM → Opportunities

In the Opportunities menu, you can view existing opportunities, as well as see their score, contact information, etc.

All / Assigned to me: display opportunities, all opportunities, or only those assigned to the user.

Search bar: when you are on a list containing opportunities, you can search in the opportunity search bar using its sequence and name.

Edit opportunity information: on an opportunity record, edit the information by clicking on the pencil icon at the bottom right.

Customers

Access: CRM → Customers

In the Customer menu, you can view existing customers, as well as their contact information, etc.

All / Assigned to me: display customers, all customers, or only those assigned to the user.

Search bar: when you are on a list containing customers, you can search in the customer search bar using their sequence and name.

Edit customer information: on a customer's file, edit the information by clicking on the pencil icon at the bottom right.

On a customer's file, you will find the following information:

  1. Contact (contains: main address / phone number / mobile phone / email / website / social networks).

  2. Addresses.

  3. General information.

  4. Employees.

  5. Events.

  6. Opportunities.

Contacts

Access: CRM → Contacts

In the Contacts menu, you can view existing contacts.

All / Assigned to me: display contacts, all contacts, or only those assigned to the user.

Search bar: when you are on a list containing contacts, you can search in the contact search bar using their sequence and name, phone number, email, and address.

Edit contact information: on a contact's file, edit the information by clicking on the pencil icon at the bottom right.

Catalogs

Access: CRM → Catalogs

In the mobile app, access the catalogs. By opening the “Catalogues” menu, you can search for a catalogue in the search bar and view the catalogue PDF.

Events

Access: CRM → Events

In the mobile app, access events. By opening the “Events” menu, you can search for an event in the search bar.

Events are displayed in calendar view: they will be displayed according to their scheduled date.

On an event's page:

  1. View the associated tags (for example, “Scheduled” status + event type, “Meeting”).

  2. Start/End of the event.

  3. Location of the event.

  4. Who is assigned to this event.

  5. The associated contact.

Create a new event by clicking on the + icon at the top right of the page.
