DMS
Introduction
Manage documents from the mobile application using the Document Management module. Remember to enable the options on the web application so that you can use them in the mobile application.
Access: Application config → Apps management → Axelor mobile settings → DMS tab
Enable the following settings:

Activate favorites management: enable this option if you want to be able to apply favorites.

Allow download: enable this option if you want to be able to download files.

Allow renaming: enable this option if you want to be able to change the file name.

Allow creation: enable this option if you want to be able to create folders.

Allow new files to be uploaded: enable this option if you want to be able to upload new files.

Allow deletion: enable this option to be able to delete files.
Managing favorites
Access: DMS → My favorite files / Purchase orders
When the favorites feature is enabled on the web interface, it allows you to save documents (files or folders) for quicker access.
Items marked as favorites are collected in a separate menu, accessible as soon as at least one favorite has been defined by the user.
Folders added to favorites generate a specific entry in the menu, making them easier to view.
These menus dedicated to favorites are automatically updated each time the user logs in.
Managing attached files
The DMS module manages files attached to objects. This module adds a specific action in the header, allowing direct access to documents associated with the model in question.
A visual indicator displays the number of linked documents.
It is also possible to create a new document from this interface.
Click on the paperclip icon to access the attached files.
