Project
Introduction
Access: Project → Projects / Business projects
The Project module is now available in the mobile app. With the Project module, you can view projects and cases and manage tasks.
Assigned to user: when you open the Projects menu, click on the person icon to filter projects assigned to the user.
Active project: quickly access the active project by opening the “Active project” menu.
Access: Project → Active project
Project / Business projects : Home
Access: Project → Projects / Business projects
Open the Project or Business project menu. Then open a project file. On the project file, you can navigate between the different icons at the bottom of the page (Home / Tasks / Tree structure / Reporting / Time entry).
The page is in “Home” view by default.
When the page is in Home view:

Refresh the project: at the top right, click on the button (two rounded arrows) to refresh the project.

Invoicing: click on “Invoicing” to view billing information.

Members: click on “Members” to view information about the team and members.
Project / Business projects : Tasks
Open a Project or a Business project menu. Then open a project file. On the project file, you can navigate between the different icons at the bottom of the page (Home / Tasks / Tree structure / Reporting / Time entry).
The page is in “Home” view by default.
Click on the form icon to switch to “Tasks” view:
When the page is in Tasks view:

Assigned to user: click on the person icon to filter projects/business projects that are assigned to the user.

Status/Priority/Category: it is also possible to filter on status/priority/category, depending on the project configuration.

Create a new task: click here to create a new task.

Time entry for the task: click on the stopwatch icon to enter the time that has been spent on a task.
Project/Business projects: tree structure
Open the Project or Business project menu. Then open a project file. On the project file, you can navigate between the different icons at the bottom of the page (Home / Tasks / Tree structure / Reporting / Time entry).
The page is in “Home” view by default.
Click on the tree structure icon to switch to “Tree Structure” view:

Here you will find the parent project, as well as a list of child projects.

Retrieve the reference: click on the double square icon located in the project insert to retrieve the reference.
Business project : Reporting
Open the Business project menu. Then open a project file. On the business file, you can navigate between the different icons at the bottom of the page (Home / Tasks / Tree structure / Reporting / Time entry).
The page is in “Home” view by default.
Click on the Reporting icon to switch to “Reporting” view:

Reports: click on the ‘Reports’ button to view the reports.

Activities: click on the “Activities” button to view the activities.
Reporting is only available on Business projects.
Project / Business project : Time Tracking
Open the Business project menu. Then open a project file. On the deal file, you can navigate between the different icons at the bottom of the page (Home / Tasks / Tree View / Reporting / Time Tracking).
The page is set to “Home” view by default.
Click on the stopwatch icon to switch to “Time Tracking” view:

Project: select the project.

Task: select the task.
-
Activity: select the activity.
-
To be invoiced: check the box if the time is to be invoiced.

Duration: enter the duration (in hours).
-
Comments: leave a comment if necessary.
Tasks
Access: Project → Tasks
Manage projects from the mobile app in the Project module. Open the Tasks menu.

Assignment filter: click on the person icon to filter the tasks that are assigned to the user.

Category / Status / Priority: enter the necessary information to filter by category, status, or priority.
When no project is selected in the filters, the parent project will be displayed by default.

Entering time on the task: click on the stopwatch icon next to the task to enter the time spent on the task.

Select a task. In the task window, you can navigate between different views by clicking on the corresponding icons at the bottom:

Home screen;
-
Custom fields;
-
Related tasks;
-
Update;
-
Time entry.
Tasks: Home
Select a task.
Click on the “Home” icon.
On the Home page of a task, you will find:

Characteristics: in the characteristics, you will find information about the category, section, target version, dates, and associated labels.

Description: View the description.
-
Time spent: View the time spent on the task for all users.
Tasks: Custom Fields
Select a task.
Click on the “Custom Fields” icon.
On the Custom Fields page for a task, click on the Edit Mode icon and apply the custom fields:

Application (for example, “estimated time in hours”);
-
Project (Code and Priority);
-
Category (project concerned).
Tasks: Related Tasks
Select a task.
Click on the “Related Tasks” icon.
On the Related Tasks page, view the following information:

Related to: view the tasks that are related to a project.
-
Precedes: view the tasks that precede the current task.
-
Follows: view the task that follows the current task.
Click on the square icon on each insert to retrieve the reference.
Tasks: Form
Select a task.
Click on the “Form” icon.
On the Form page, edit/view the following information:

Subject.
-
Project.
-
Parent task.
-
Category.
-
Status.
-
Priority.
-
Assigned to.
-
Section.
-
Target version.
-
Start date.
-
Due date.
-
Deadline.
-
Tags.
-
Progress.
Save your changes and exit Edit mode.
Task: Time Entry
Select a task.
Click on the “Stopwatch” icon.
On the time entry page, edit/view the following information:
-
Project.
-
Task.
-
Activity.
-
Invoicing.
-
Date.
-
Duration (hours).
-
Comment.
Once you have entered the information, click on the “Create” button.
