Introduction

Use the Quality module to track and complete control reports.

Tracking control entries

Access: Quality → Control entries

On the control entries, you will find:

  1. Filter by sampling date: use this filter to find a control entry based on the sampling date.

  2. Percentage of report completion: the percentage of report completion is displayed directly on each report, in a bar that fills up as you go along.

  3. Percentage of survey completion for this sample: on each survey, you will also be able to see the percentage of survey completion for this sample.

  4. Start the survey: click on a survey. On the survey form, to start it, click on the icon next to the percentage bar at the top of the page.

  5. Filling method: once you have started filling in the survey, select a filling method (by sample/by characteristic).

  • By sample: for each sample, you must go through all the characteristics.

  • By characteristic: for each characteristic, you must go through all the samples.

  1. Survey completion status: once the survey has been completed and the filling method has been selected, you will be able to view the survey completion status, which will be displayed.

  2. Buttons at the bottom of the page: you will find buttons on the survey form. These buttons allow you to navigate between the survey lines depending on the filling mode selected. The icon indicates the type of the next survey: new characteristic or new sample.

  3. Validate: click on the “Validate” button (in the form of a check mark) to validate compliance.
