The MyCarTracks modules allow you to watch, create, update, list, retrieve, delete the tracks, users, and vehicles in your MyCarTracks account.
Prerequisites
A MyCarTracks account
(Optional) MyCarTracks App on your mobile
In order to use MyCarTracks with {{Make}}, it is necessary to have a MyCarTracks account. If you do not have one, you can create a MyCarTracks account at mycartracks.com.
To connect your MyCarTracks account to {{Make}} you need to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret from your MyCarTracks account and insert it in the Create a connection dialog in the {{Make}} module.
1. Log in to your MyCarTracks account.
2. Click Your Profile Icon > Settings > API > Generate.
3. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret details to a safe place.
4. Go to {{Make}} and open the MyCarTrack module's Create a connection dialog.
5. In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
6. In the Client ID and Client Secret fields, enter the details copied in step 3, and click Continue.
The connection has been established.
