Human Ressources
Introduction
The Human Ressources module offers several features and actions:

Tracking timers;
-
Quick access to the last timer modified;
-
Possibility to link timers to a timesheet;
-
Creating timers;
-
Approving/rejecting employee timesheets.
Remember to activate the settings in Axelor Mobile settings, HR tab, in order to use the HR features on the mobile application (access: open the web application → Application config → Apps management → open Axelor Mobile settings → HR tab).
In the HR module, the menus are divided into three categories:
-
Timesheets.
-
Expenses.
-
Leave requests.
Timesheets
Remember to enable the Timesheets settings in the Axelor Mobile settings, HR tab, in order to use the Timesheets features on the mobile application (access: open the web application → Application config → Apps management → open Axelor Mobile settings → HR tab → Timesheets).
Manage timesheets and timers from the Timesheets menu:

Timer tracking;
-
Quick access to the last modified timer;
-
Attaching timers to a timesheet;
-
Creating timers;
-
Approving/rejecting employee timesheets.
Timer tracking
Access: Timesheets → Active timers
On the mobile app, open the Timers menu:

+: click on + to create a new timer.
-
Edit/delete: on an existing timer, click on the pencil icon to edit the timer, or click on the Delete icon to delete it.
When creating a timer, you can enter the following information:

Date: enter the date.
-
Project: select a project.
-
Task: enter the task.
-
Activity: for example, select from Charge / Project Manager / Sales Representative / Consultant.

Duration: enter the duration.
-
Comments: leave a comment.

Select timers: click on a timer. Then click on the “Declare” button. A new Select timers window will open. Here, select a timesheet to link.
When selecting a timer, you can:

Link a timesheet: select a timesheet from a dedicated field.

Start/end date: enter the dates.

Timesheets: access the timesheets.

Access: Timesheets → Timesheets
-
Number of sheets to validate: open the “Timesheets” menu. At the top right, you will see the number of sheets to validate (To validate).

Modify/Delete a time: when you open the timesheets, you will find the records with the time entered. Click on the pencil icon to modify a time, or click on the Delete icon to delete a time.
Expense lines in the HR module
Thanks to the Expense lines feature in the HR Module, several actions are available on the mobile application:

Expense management;
-
Attaching expenses to an expense line;
-
Creating expense lines;
-
Approval/rejection of employee expense lines.
Access: Application config → Apps management → Axelor Mobile Settings → open the HR tab → enable the options in the Expenses section
To use the Expense lines feature, enable the options in the HR tab, in the Expenses section.
Expense tracking
Track expenses in the HR module.
Access: Human Resources → Expense lines
In Expense lines, you can:

Activate expense selection mode: click on the credit card icon at the top right to activate expense selection mode.

+: you can create a new expense line by clicking on the + icon.

Edit/Delete: existing expenses can be edited or deleted by clicking on the corresponding icon.

Take photo: click on the camera icon to take a photo and create an expense with a receipt.

Expense selection: you can select expenses to create an expense line.
Access: Application config → Apps management → Axelor Mobile Settings → open the HR tab
Several options must be enabled in the web application in order to become active in the mobile application:
General / Mileage / To be invoiced (one option to enable) / Currency
Expense lines
Access: Human Resources → Expense lines → Expense lines
When you open the expense line page, you can:

Number of lines to approve: see the number of lines to approve in the “To approve” field.

Status: filter and search based on the status of an expense line.
-
Delete/Modify: on an expense line, delete or modify the time of an expense line by clicking on the corresponding icon.

Send/Delete: send or delete a line by clicking on the button.
-
Approve/Reject: approval or rejection of an employee's expense line by the manager.
When an expense line has “Approved” status, it can no longer be modified or deleted.
Leave requests
Manage leave requests using the HR module on the mobile app. Several actions/features are available:

Leave request management;
-
Leave request creation assistant ;
-
Approval/rejection of employee leave requests;
Tracking leave requests
Access: Human Resources → Leaves
Open the Leaves menu. On this page, you can view:

The number of leave requests to be approved;
-
The list of existing leave requests;
-
Search for leave requests based on their status in the search bar.
Click on a leave request. On the leave request form, you can:

Modify the request: click on the pencil icon to modify the leave request.

Send/Delete: click on the corresponding button to send or delete the request.
-
Approve/Reject: on the leave request form, the manager can approve or reject it.
Leave request creation assistant
Access: Human Resources → Complete a request
On the mobile app, use the leave request creation assistant (i.e Complete a request). Enter the following information:

Start/end date: enter the dates.
-
Starts on/Ends on: enter when the leave starts/ends (morning/afternoon).
-
Leave reason: indicate the reason (absence to be justified / work accident / maternity leave, etc.).
-
Distribution: in this field, you will find a summary of requests with the option to edit or delete lines.
-
Missing quantity: quantity missing to fill the selected period, based on the employee's schedule and public holidays.

Quantity: enter the number of vacation days.
-
Add/Finish: click on “Add” if you want to add the line and continue. Click on “Finish” to send the request.
