Production Pro
Introduction
To enhance the capabilities of its production module, Axelor is introducing a Pro module that includes a new advanced supervision view. This interface provides a consolidated view of planned operations and allows users to interact directly with them. It also makes it easier to identify and monitor overloads, as well as track equipment that is unavailable or undergoing maintenance.
Fully configurable, the content and display of the schedule can be adapted to the needs of each user, providing a planning experience that is perfectly aligned with business processes.
Main features
Within a schedule, you will find various features:
-
Interactive planning view: dynamic visualization of operations, direct modification, and real-time management.
-
Machine unavailability management: automatic consideration of maintenance or downtime periods, ensuring reliable planning.
-
Advanced schedule customization: choice of displayed information, resource organization, and interface adapt according to use. You can adjust the view by day/week/month.
- By day: the daily view allows you to refine the view by hour/minute.
Workstation group: group workstations at different stock locations/workshops, and display schedules by workshop. You can display an overall schedule (for example, display it on a production screen).
You can also increase the size of a workstation by using the workstation group feature (it is only possible to navigate between workstations in the same group). .

-
A single click on the schedule allows you to:

Unplanning will delete the operation and then will offer to reschedule it manually.

Filter the list of planned operations/planning
Customization
In addition, when you hover the cursor over an operation, it will display the information about it :
-
at the top, you will find the manufacturing order number;
-
as well as the operation number.
The displayed information is configurable.
Using a Groovy formula, enter other content
Access: Application config → Apps management → Manufacturing, configure → using a Groovy formula, define other content in the Scheduling section
For example: for a “Scheduled” status, you can define the color green (define colors according to priority). Statuses change according to the progress of the operation.
Another example: if a machine is unavailable and a maintenance request has been made, the area that depends on the duration of the maintenance, will be colored red to alert employees that the machine is unavailable.
