BI Library

Axelor provides a library with a set of dashboards that can be installed and created easily in one click.

BI Library

From left sidebar, under BI menu, when click on Library it will open the list of dashboard compatible with your Axelor application requirements (version and installed apps)

  • The Library

  • Library view has two panels, main panel and sidebar panel

it contains the main information about the dashboard:

  • Dashboard name: define the title of the dashboard.

  • Thumbnail: dashboard thumbnail.

  • Description: description of the dashboard.

  • File: a zip file to be exported to studio on installation.

it holds some additional details:

  • Created on: creation date

  • Created by: dashboard owner

  • Versions: Axelor app versions that are compatible with the dashboard

  • Apps: Axelor apps that are compatible with the dashboard

Library types

There is two types of library, Local and Remote

Librari icons

  • The icon [ + ]: Allow adding local libraries.

  • The sync icon: Fetch/update dashboards from library server.

Local dashboard

Axelor library allows its users to add their own dashboards to easily export to studio from Module side.

Remote dashboard

Remote dashboard are on read-only mode, and it is not editable.

Installing dashboard

To install dashboard click on button Install from dashboard card

Once dashboard is installed the view will look like the following image and it will allow updating dashboard by clicking on Update
