Reportings

Report menu entry

Access: CRM → Reportings → select a report type from the list

You can consult four types of reports:

  1. Calls.

  2. Opportunities.

  3. Lead.

  4. Event.

Each menu entry gives you the possibility to consult different report dashboards.

Moving graphs within a report

Reports are standardized, and they cannot be modified. However, it is possible to move various elements (the graphs) within a report by using drag & drop.

Add columns to a report

Display additional information by adding new columns in the monitoring tables (grid view). Click on the arrow next to a column of the table (for example: ‘Name’). Then click ‘Customize’ → add a new column by selecting a column on the Columns page.

Export data

Click on the cog icon. Several actions are available: Refresh / Hide legend / Export. The data you export is the data that is being used in the graph.
