Tour

Introduction

Access : CRM → Customer follow-up → Tour

The Tour functionality is useful for traveling salespeople, as it allows you to organize different tours.

Using this feature, add different tour lines with an address, each line corresponding to a particular customer.

As the tour progresses, validate each address when you visit the customer.

Example

  1. Create a new tour.

  2. Give it a name, indicate the date and select the salesperson.

  3. In the ‘Tour lines’ table, add a new line.

  4. Enter the order.

  5. Select a partner. The address is filled in automatically, as it is entered in the partner form.

  6. Event: add an event, indicating its nature and details.

  7. Tick the ‘validated’ box once the visit has been completed.

  8. View itinerary : click on the ‘View itinerary’ button which allows you to view the entire itinerary of the tour using the data that has been entered in the ‘Tour lines’ table.

Today, the tour addresses are simply displayed on the map, but the future versions will add a real itinerary which will be displayed on the map.

In the mobile version, you will be able to open Waze or Google maps for each route, and then validate the stage in question.
