Project reporting
Introduction
Project management: the Project Management module of Axelor Open Suite (AOS) provides a simplified and basic version of project management. The Business project module (sub-menu available from the Project Management menu entry) complements the Project module by adding all the necessary features for the project and related elements.
From the quotation or customer order, it is possible to directly create a business project with the associated tasks. The business project is linked to the customer and the original customer order. In addition to the customer order, other important commercial documents such as purchase orders, stock movements, time spent, expenses and invoices can also be linked to the business project.
The module allows you to create invoices directly from the project/business project. Business projects also support different types of configurations that control the relationship of the project with other business documents. Invoicing and cost calculation for the business project can also be controlled per business project from the configuration.
Project reporting: Project reporting provides a comprehensive overview of key aspects related to the project, covering both operational and financial details. It includes calculated values for time spent, expenses and planning, ensuring a clear view of resource allocation and scheduling.
The report also incorporates data on invoices, stock movements and purchase orders, providing an overview of the project's financial flows and materials management. In addition, it highlights other relevant elements associated with the project, making it a comprehensive and reliable reference for tracking the progress, performance and overall health of the project.
