Project reporting configuration
Access: Application config → Apps management → Project management, configure → select options in the Project reporting section
New features have been added to project invoicing management. You will find the following options in the configuration, under Reporting:
- Project turnover compute: in this field, define how project turnover is calculated. There are two possibilities:

Depending on production only: calculate the turnover amount from related items such as purchase order lines, stock move lines, expense lines, etc., when the "To be invoiced" is true.

Depending on invoiced + lines and progress not yet invoiced: calculate the revenue amount from the customer invoice line linked to the corresponding items and project or task. Also add the amount of items for which "To be invoiced" is true and which have not yet been invoiced.
- Calculation of remaining time: in this field, define how the remaining time for a project or task is calculated. There are two possibilities:

Remaining planned time: calculates the total of future planning lines linked to the task or project.

Remaining time on tasks: calculate the remaining time based on the progress and estimated time for the task. For example, if the estimated time for the task is 10 hours and the progress of the task is 80%, the remaining time will be 2 hours.
Default Cost Configuration
Access: Application Config → Apps Management → Project Management, Configure → Enable options in the Default Cost section
In this section, define what you take into account in your costs. Most often, costs are calculated when generating stock moves. Enable one or more options:

Cost of the timesheet line;

Cost of the purchase line;

Cost of the stock move line;

Cost of the expense line;

Cost of the supplier invoice line;

Cost of the Additional element (allows you to invoice additional items).
Group on: define how to group the lines of the project report in the project report. Two configurations are available here: by cost / by sale. Leave this field blank if you want to view the amounts by task / by project.
In addition, it is possible to group costs by category / sub-category / product / unit.
Employee reporting configuration
Access: Application config → Apps management → Project management, configure → enable options in the Employee reporting section
Here you can configure the fields to be calculated and displayed on the employee line of the project report.
Show per employee turnover: allows you to calculate and display turnover per employee, per project or per task.
Show per employee costs: allows you to calculate and display costs per employee, per project or per task.
Show per employee margin: allows you to calculate and display the margin per employee, per project or per task.
