Messenger

Access: Application Config → Apps Management → Base, configure → Enable the Messaging option (Configuration tab, at the bottom of the page).

Internal Discussion​

  • The Messenger application is linked to the company's social network. The messenger facilitates internal exchanges on business objects (quotes, invoices, leads, etc.).

  • Users can subscribe to discussion threads and exchange messages with each other.

  • Messaging notifications are visible on the bell icon.

  • Regarding tracking on a particular record, it is possible to track the latest actions taken and view recent exchanges. You can subscribe to tracking yourself by clicking on the star icon, or add other users so they can follow the record by clicking on “Followers +”.

  • Write messages in the dedicated space. Note that you can attach files to your message.

Inbox​

Check messages in the inbox (Messenger → Inbox). You will find all the messages from discussion threads you are subscribed to. Click on the arrow to reply directly to messages.
